  • I already have a seasonpass since last season. How do I reactivate it?

    You can buy a new seasonpass online. You then bring your old seasonpass and the ticket you received via email or SMS to the park on your first visit, and we will help you reactivate your card.

  • I have bought a seasonpass online, what happens now?

    You will receive a booking confirmation and a digital ticket with a QR code. You show this at the entrance on your first visit to receive the physical seasonpass.

  • Is the seasonpass personal?

    Yes, the seasonpass is personal and needs to be registered to the person using it. This needs to be done in connection with the first time using the pass.

  • When can I use my seasonpass?

    Your seasonpass gives you entry to Skåne Zoo during the season's regular opening hours, the 2023 season starts April 1 and ends November 5th. Special events that require a specific ticket in addition to the season ticket may occur.

  • Do I need to prebook my visit if I have a seasonpass?

    No, with a seasonpass you can visit us whenever you like. You always have a guarenteed place in the park during our regular opening hours! 

  • Can I bring my dog into the park?

    We follow the recommendations for zoos and therefore do not welcome dogs (except guide dogs) into the park. Our animals can be stressed even by nice leashed dogs.

  • What applies to children and adult tickets?

    All children under the age of 3 enter for free, and therefore do not need a ticket or advance registration. From 3 years old and up, a normal day pass applies. The ticket is not personal, the season pass is personal.

  • What is included in the ticket?

    All areas and attractions are included in your ticket or in your season pass. Also included is Shaun the Sheep Land, Dinosaurs, Nordic Predators Arena, Stranden, Water Slide and other playgrounds.

  • Can I rebook my day ticket?

    If you are ill or have any other sudden familycrisis we can help you rebook your tickets to Skåne Zoo for another date. To do this email us on info@skanesdjurpark.se or call 0413-553060.
